Wholefoods Recipe of the Week


1 box of Quick Oats
2 cups of any dried fruit (cranberries/raisin)
2 cups of any raw/unsalted nut (walnut/almonds)
1 cup Sucanat
Milk (we use Rice Milk)

In large tub with lid pour oats in add nuts and fruit, sprinkle sugar on top and then begin pouring milk on top of oats until oats are thoroughly saturated. Mix well. Store in frig overnite. I make in the evening and it is ready for breakfast the next day.
